The Descent weapons in MP are made available through free to download dlc and updates. All multiplayer content is made available with purchase of the game and free dlc. I also bought this game for MP only and got hundreds of hours of enjoyment from it.
The latest DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition is The Descent. It's a single player add-on that allows the player to explore the Deep
In the answer to this question, I was advised: Yes you have to download the language pack. And you also have to go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Data\Win32. In the folder loctext leave only the files en.sb and en.toc present, put the others in a folder named temp . In the folder locfacefx make a copy of en.sb
For the armor in other games, see Armor (Origins) and Armor (Dragon Age II). Armor in Dragon Age: Inquisition is a protective covering used to prevent damage from being inflicted to the wearer. Armor mitigates physical damage; it does not make you harder to hit. In addition armor will not degrade. For a full list of light armors, see Light armor (Inquisition). For a full list of medium armors

Scout Coat. Tier 1 Medium Armor. 95/124. Armor: 7 Leather. Defense: 4 Leather. Random drop from Tier 1 chests. Receive from The Blacksmith in Haven as part of the quest. The Right Armor (if you are a rogue).
Finished Doom about 5 days ago, about to start Hakkon (although I'm skeptical if a level 21 is good enough for it) and will do Descent after that before doing Trespasser to make it feel like a book series of sorts. Book One: The Herald ( Wrath of Heaven through In your heart Shall Burn) Book Two: The Ancient One ( From the Ashes through Here
According to gamefaq and reddit, there's a cap at 27, which you reached. Gamefaq says : ~27 is the soft cap. Basically, enemies stop giving experience after 24, with, I think, one exception that stops at 27. At 27, nothing gives enough experience to get to 28. and. Actually you can't get beyond the 27 cap no matter what (even with PC hacks).
