Sport package does include upgraded suspension and a lower than standard ride height. It also inculdes a larger front sway bar, 17x8" alloy wheels, and upgraded seats and steering wheel. Yes, some H&R springs will lower a sport package car. I have H&R part number 29484 springs and it's almost tok low.
