Validate your files by right click on GTA IV on Steam, go to properties, find the tab that is related to files, and select the option of verify files. Steam should start the validating process and fix this issue. Once that is complete, don't downgrade your game, install LCPDFR 1.1 and this: Unfortunatelty though, LCPDFR is no longer supported to the same extent as LSPDFR, you will find very little mods for it and it may be extremelly buggy. I suggest if you have the game/or the money to purchase GTA V and install LSPDFR which features a more active modding community and a better Mod all around. Though, I have Anti-Virus and when I G17 media is the official creator of LCPDFR. Press the green Download button in the new browser window to download LCPDFR from it's official source.
